How do I arrange a service?

Simply contact us on 0116 276 4000 (Leicester/Midlands) to book your Mercedes in for a service.

How long will the service take?

Usually, most cars are serviced same-day. However, if there is a problem or fault with your car it may take longer to fix. Please let us know if there are any problems you know of with the car so we can give you an accurate estimate of how long the service will take.

Can you collect my car?

Yes. Free collection and delivery is included.

Where do you collect from?

Our Leicester branch services all of the East and South Midlands as well as Birmingham. Please contact us to see if your area is covered.

Are courtesy cars available?

Yes. Please inform us at the time of booking that a courtesy car is needed.

Will my Mercedes warranty be maintained?

Your warranty will be maintained and we can stamp your service book. We only use approved diagnostic equipment, genuine parts and recommended lubricants.

Are you technicians trained?

Our technicians are fully Mercedes-Benz trained and have many years of experience of servicing and repairing Mercedes vehicles.

Are your prices cheaper than a main dealer?

Yes. Generally our labour costs are 50% cheaper.

Will you price match a service?

What if my car fails its MOT?

If this happens, we will inform you of the repairs needed to pass. We offer a free re-test within 7 days of the failed test.
